FIRST ANNIVERSARY  ·  OCTOBER 2026

HEALTH & LONGEVITY

365 days of
choosing health.

One small step to start today.

Care today for the life you want to keep enjoying tomorrow.

365 days of choosing health: the first anniversary of our platform.

Hello,

Picture something you hope to keep doing twenty years from now: walking with someone you love, cooking for your family, or traveling independently.

That picture gives prevention a concrete purpose. Behind every recommendation is a life we want to keep living.

A year ago, that concern inspired Dr. Dándote Salud. For our first anniversary, we return to our beginnings to explore how our habits and the conditions in which we live relate to our future health.

A CLOSER LOOK

This week’s idea

Research distinguishes between how long we live and how much of that time we spend in good health. That difference matters when we think about preserving our independence and continuing to do what we enjoy.

Our anniversary article explores eight starting points: purpose, relationships, food, mindfulness, sleep, movement, our surroundings, and prevention. We explain what we know, which questions remain, and how to bring that knowledge into everyday life.

A recommendation needs to fit around work and responsibilities, with the resources and support available to you.

YOUR STEP THIS WEEK

Make room for one habit.

Choose one habit and give it a specific place in your day. Complete this sentence:

“After __________,
I will __________.”

For example: “After lunch, I will take a ten-minute walk.”

Think about what might get in the way and how you could adjust. At the end of the week, notice what helped and what needs to change so this step fits your life more comfortably.
